    Hi Mabe,

     

    We are sorry to hear you had a hard time printing the seals.

    Note that if the layout of the seals on the sheet of paper is not symetrical from top to bottom, you will need to keep that in mind when feeding the paper into your printer. Whther you feed the paper top or bottom side first varies depending on the printer model and it is not something that applies universally.

    IM HAVING PROBLEMS WITH THE PRINTING, I MADE A DESIGN FOR SEALS, AND WHEN I SENT IT TO PRINT IT CAME OFF SET...MY PRINTER IS SET THE WAY YOU GUYS SUGGESTED, I DONT SEE HOW TO FIX THIS, AND I ALREADY DAMAGE TWO PAGES

    Hi Andy,

    Please note that it's entirely intended that the borders do not print, since those come with the product itself.

    Our program allows you to further customize our products, by adding text, clip art or images.

    only the text will print on the certificates not the graphics. i followed the directions but its not working. can someone please help

    Hi Andreea,

    To edit the text, please double click over it. Once you see the cursor blinking, that is the cue that you can edit or type.

    Hi Juan,

    There is no new update yet, but fonts acting up when a merge is done is an issue we are are working on, and should be covered by the next update to our program. In the meantime, you can either edit the merged pages manually or alternatively, you can try out one of our downloadable Word templates.

    When I Merge the excel file with my certificate template. it changes the font of one of the text boxes. I then have to correct each certificate individually.  Is there a way to make a correction on one document and it changes it for all the merge documents?

     

    I have the same problem as Lisanna Lewin which was 2 months ago and maybe yall have updated the website, however, I still encounter the same problem. I'd rather not waste my time trying to fix indvidual certficates. The templetes you have available arent up to my employers standards. Will there be a update anytime soon?

    Hi Lisann,

    The situation you are describing is a known technical issue which hopefully it will be fixed on the next update. In the meantime, you can try creating the project using a template for a similarly sized product and re-creating from scratch the Excel file you are merging.
