When I try to import an image to the certificate I am creating it is blurry. What can I do to sucessfully import an image.

After you add the text box, you need to delete the default "Enter text" and start typing. It should work.
If your internet connection is slow, your actions may encounter a delay.

Next to T text comes the ABC Arc Text. This function has a text box of its own in the editor, right side, under Arc Radius .

Once this ARC text is added, the [ Enter Arched Text ] box starts flickering. you need to enter text there.
The curvature of your text can be adjusted using the Arc Radius bar.

What device are you using?

how do I type text inside a box? When I double click the blinking prompt appears but when I type on my keyboard no words appear.
