I'm trying to save my project (it's labels that I bought in the store). When I go to save as, it asks for the store - I'm printing these myself. How to I buy pass the store?

Hi Jeanette,

Purpose of asking for the store is to know as to where you have bought that item from whether from our website or to our partner retail store. You can just put N/A if store is not listed on the dropdown and click on "My store is not listed here" box.

Yes, you can by going to Preview & New Page and choose Synchronize content in all cards/labels as shown below.

If you already have the photo/image, you can upload it using the Image option from the top menu. Just make sure that the logo should be in .png,jpg,jpeg format and should not be more than 5MB in size.

How do I insert a photo into my card?

The printing on these is trash and the website is borderline prehistoric with how crappy the interface is. I made an entire sheet of labels, on the screen everything looked nicely centered and ready to be printed. Once I printed them, NOTHING stayed centered and not only did i waste a bunch of labels, but my time. I'm never buying this brand again. I'll stick to Avery products instead.

Why is this online software the biggest piece of garbage I have ever used? Everyone should save their money and return these labels and never use this software, this is unbelievable.

I cant find my product 49907 Vintage Holly ML where is it? If no longer on the site how do I print my labels?

I can't find a mailing labels template for #49896 Gold Foil ML.  What's going on?  I have found Red Foil Labels, but how will I know if the type will line up in the white area of the label?
