If you're trying to customize the mailing labels individually, you may go to Preview and New Page tab and select the mailing labels one by one. Also please make sure that the Create seperate cards/label radio button is ticked so you can have different labels and make sure to click each label to customize. You may also use the Merge Data option to make it easier and faster. you can check the tutorials available on the site to learn more how to do it.

I am doing a series of certificates where only the name chages. I printed my first - fine. I changed the name save it and am trying to print the second. It shows up as correct on my computer but when I download it to print it has the original name on it.

To save time in creating your certificate projects, please be reminded that you can only do 20 certificates per project to avoid loading or printing error. Being the First certificate as your legend/guide and if you think everything is fine and you just need to change the recipient's name, click on the Preview & New Page, click on the bond paper with a plus sign, 2^nd certificate will then appear as highlighted, meaning you will be working on the 2^nd certificate and you can now edit or change the recipient's name until your done with 20 certificates.

If it is more than 20 certificates, being said that you are done printing the first 20, you can just edit the recipient's name by going through each certificate and click on Save As and put a new project name so to avoid printing the first batch of certificates that’s already been printed.

We strongly recommend doing a test print on a blank sheet of paper first to see how your printer takes the paper in and to see if there are things that still needs to be edited before printing it on the actual product.

I did address labels and sometimes they printed black hearts and sometimes it did print out a red heart for Valentines Day.

I don't know what I did different to not get the red hearts on all of the lables.

How can I align the objects and text box on the scallop labels so that they are all centered correctly?

I'm making labels. When I hit print it wants me to send it to a store. I can't download it.

Images disappear when printing. My design is comprised only of images, and when I "print", the pdf is just blank white paper. Such a waste of time!

I bought 49868 - gold snow flake address labels - and I want to print multiple addresses to send out - but it will only let me have the same on each label.  How do I edit each label individually?
