Item #49835 has the seals in straight lines up and down and side to side.  When I choose the template they are not lined up in straight lines.  How do I fix that?

I have two certificates on one page. I don't want to have to recreate the second image. how do I copy it without doing it text box by text box????

I tried to apply a template to start working with it, but the circle is running, and nothing changes. What to do in this situation?

I created a certificate that my teacher colleague and I share for the end of the year certificates.  It is under my email, but I would like the two certificates (A and B Honor Roll) to go to her email with her own password.  We both bought the certificates (red and blue border), but again - we want the same certificate.  How can I share those two certificates with her?

Space between letters... I am creating a flyer. I have no problem doing everything EXCEPT increasing the distances between letters. No matter what font I use, the letters are squashed together. I highlight the word and move the sliding "letter spacing" button to no avail. Any suggestions?

Can I print just one label?

my certificate will not print it keeps loading and loading... i have never had a issue with any other programs......

Hi Sherri,

Typically, this happens when you have overlapping textboxes or a lot of them (all over the project) that are not in use. We suggest checking the project and delete these text boxes. Another issue could be is that if an IMAGE you had uploaded on a project exceeds 5MB should be in .png,jpg,jpeg format . We advise lowering down the pixel or bytes of the image, by doing a screen capture instead of getting it from the main source. One of the uncommon issues is an old project that uses a font that had been purged from the system. These may have cause by system upgrade or just simply no longer available. We recommend you change the font to the ones that is available in the program. Least of them is when too much action was given to the web program to perform prior printing. What we recommend is to refresh the page and reopen the project.

I can't find a mailing labels template for #49896 Gold Foil ML.  What's going on?  I have found Red Foil Labels, but how will I know if the type will line up in the white area of the label?

We do apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you. Item# 49896 has been our new mailing label product that needs to be tested first to make sure of the alignment and dimensions are accurate upon printing that's why it has been halted for quite some time but it has been activated later half month of December.

How do I import a logo onto the certificate?

If you already have the image, you can upload it using the Image option from the top menu. Just make sure that the logo should be in .png,jpg,jpeg format and should not be more than 5MB in size.

The printing on these is trash and the website is borderline prehistoric with how crappy the interface is. I made an entire sheet of labels, on the screen everything looked nicely centered and ready to be printed. Once I printed them, NOTHING stayed centered and not only did i waste a bunch of labels, but my time. I'm never buying this brand again. I'll stick to Avery products instead.

Kindly utilize the Position icon located on the top menu(as shown below screenshot) to align those texts in the center, just use your arrow up and or arrow down on your keyboard.

Also, print your project from the pdf downloaded file automatically saved from your computer not from the browser as this affect printing error to occur.
