Printing the text on the silver foil stickers is awful. The paper either gets jammed in the printer (and prints the text evenly with crinkled paper) or the text comes gets off-center. Either way I've now wasted 2 pages of stickers. I also used two different printers - one larger business style printer , and one single style inkjet printer. Any suggestions on how to actually achieve the text lined up and centered on a silver foil sticker page... and not have the paper crinkle?

There are option to use either use Clip Arts option the left menu or you can chang the Font Color using the menus on the right side.

You just need to save the project that you are working on first. Then, open another project with a different Item #.

This process is Sync.

ln order for the Sync option to work you first need to add text boxes in all the other labels.

You will have to set each text box manually. And the Sync option works per text box on each label.

If you will place let’s say 2 text boxes in each label, when press the Sync option it will copy the text on the highlighted texbox to all labels with the same textbox position. You to do this on the second one, also.

In order to do a merge on certificates, you need to have the names in one column in the Excel file.
You can use one of our templates from the left side of the page or you can create your own template.
Then double click in the text box for the name, type a word and highlight it and set the font style size and color you wish to use.
Then select that box for the name, and go to Import Data on the left side of the page to start the merge.

Please try not to add more than 10 pages per one project or the program might get stuck.

Yes, you can paste text/wordings from Word. But please reminded that the format of the text might not be the same since the platform has its own set of settings.

How do I change the item number of a certificate without losing the information I have on another one? I used one type prior to this, but I need the same information on a different certificate.

how do i copy my text onto whole page of labels?

I'm trying to merge data into one text box to be added to multiple certificates. For some reason, the merge is only working on the first certificate instead of populating across all of them. Also, the date updates I made to the original aren't carrying through either.
